Smart’s hit online series ‘‘FindHer’’ to air on Cignal starting Feb.16

Due to its massive success, Smart’s first ever online series, ‘FindHer,’ is airing as a one-hour
special on Cignal Digital TV’s lifestyle and entertainment channel, Colours, starting Feb. 16, Saturday, at 9 p.m.

The hit online series will also have replays over the next two days, Feb. 17 (11:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m.) and Feb.18 (3 a.m and 1 p.m.). Colours on Cignal is on Channel 60 (SD) and Channel 202 (HD). It is also on Channel 40 (SD) for SatLite and Cablelink subscribers.

A one-of-a-kind romantic-comedy story in the time of smartphones and dating apps, FindHer’s first five
episodes debuted on Smart’s YouTube channel on Feb. 9, garnering over one million views on the first day. The highly anticipated final two episodes were aptly released on Valentine’s Day, and by then, the series’ pilot had reached over 2.6 million views.

SALUDO to feature Mr. Erwin Macua, the “SekyumLaude ng Cebu”

PTV4 brings a compilation of stories of everyday Filipino heroes, the least-told life stories which could be the inspiration of each and every Filipino through its new program SALUDO, a one-hour weekly hero-serye every Sunday at 8:00pm.

On February 17, the program will feature Mr. Erwin Macua, a security guard from Cebu who graduated with Latin honors in St. Theresa’s College and passed the Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET) in 2017.

Smart gives all the feels this Valentine season with online series 'FindHer' on Feb. 9

Smart is giving everyone all the feels this Valentine season as it debuts ‘FindHer,’ its first online series that premieres on YouTube on Feb. 9, Saturday.
Produced by Smart in partnership with Epicmedia and Bent & Buzz, the seven-part romantic-comedy online series revolves around three individuals who contend with the complexities of love in a time of smartphones and dating apps.

The series features actors Barbara Ruaro as Lia, Dionne Monsanto as Aika, and Vance Larena as Gabe. GMA Network’s timely political rom-com series TODA One I Love starting this February 4

Fans of the well-loved Kapuso onscreen pair Kylie Padilla and Ruru Madrid need not wait any longer as the KyRu love team banners GMA News and Public Affairs’ election offering and latest political romantic comedy series TODA One I Love which makes its world premiere this February 4 on GMA Telebabad.

Like the jeepney, the tricycle is a popular means of transportation in the Philippines that reflects the culture and identity of Filipinos. Aside from playing a major part in the daily commute of many Pinoys, the tricycle is also used as a vehicle to promote various products and even political candidates.

TODA One I Love will revolve around the family, dreams, and loves of three lead characters—Gelay, Emong, and Kobe. They will find themselves tangled in the topsy-turvy politics of the Tricycle Operators and Drivers’ Association or TODA, as well as the local mayoral elections.

TODA One I Love gives viewers a glimpse of Philippine local politics—all presented with a sprinkle of comedy and romance. At the center of this latest Kapuso Telebabad offering is the strong-willed, independent young woman Angela “Gelay” Dimagiba, portrayed by versatile actress Kylie Padilla.

An engineering student, Gelay is the daughter of a tricycle driver Mang Tolits and Aling Lea. Family is everything for Gelay; she is willing to sacrifice her own happiness for them. She has a childhood friend Emong, whom she has been crushing on since they were young. But Emong only sees her as a younger sister.

Playing Raymond “Emong” Magsino is Kapuso heartthrob Ruru Madrid. He is the son of Aling Jane and Mang Jessie, the incumbent TODA president. A hard-working lad, Emong is determined to better his life. With his TESDA course under his belt, he goes abroad to work as a mechanic. This temporarily cuts his friendship with Gelay. But when his employer closes shop, Emong has no choice but to go back to the Philippines. Upon his return, Emong discovers that Gelay is still the tough girl he knows—only she has transformed into a beautiful lady. Emong now finds himself head over heels with his childhood friend.

But Emong faces competition when it comes to winning Gelay’s heart: the handsome and prince charming material Kobe Generoso to be portrayed by Chinito heartthrob David Licauco. Even though Kobe is the son of the incumbent Mayor Migs and ex-mayor Mayora Dyna, he still wants to make a name for himself.

But before Gelay decides between her two admirers, her life makes a 180-turn when the TODA Elections spell trouble for her and her family.

Joining Kylie, David, and Ruru in this political rom-com series are Gladys Reyes, Victor Neri, Jackie Rice, Kim Domingo, Tina Paner, Maureen Larrazabal, and Raymond Bagatsing with the special participation of Allen Dizon.
